Effective date: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Arrow Clean mobile application (the “App”). The App is provided by caoxin (the “Service Provider”) as a free, ad-supported service and is made available on an “as is” basis.
1. Information We Collect and Use
The App does not collect precise location information from your mobile device. It uses basic game data and limited device data only as needed to provide its core features, display advertisements, maintain security, and improve stability.
Game information such as puzzle progress, current level, lives, and coin balances is generally saved locally on your device. The Service Provider does not require you to create an account to use the App.
When advertisements are shown, third-party advertising services may collect or receive information such as your device type, operating system, approximate region inferred from network information, app interaction data, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers where available and permitted by your device settings.
The App may process the following categories of information:
- Game progress and settings stored locally on your device.
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and crash or diagnostic data.
- Advertising-related information, such as ad views, ad clicks, reward completion events, and advertising identifiers where available.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to display advertisements, measure ad performance, understand game performance, and diagnose errors or crashes. These providers may collect, process, or share information in accordance with their own privacy policies and SDK terms.
Privacy policies for third-party services used by the App:
3. Advertising
The App may show rewarded ads, interstitial ads, or other ad formats. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only after you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Interstitial ads, if enabled, are shown at natural breaks in gameplay and not during active play.
Advertising partners may use device or advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location derived from network information, and technical information to deliver ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and measure ad performance. Depending on your device settings and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings. On Android, you may reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device privacy settings. On iOS, you may manage tracking permission in Settings and may choose not to allow tracking when prompted.
4. Log Data
If the App encounters an error or crash, third-party tools may collect diagnostic information known as log data. This may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, App configuration, the date and time of use, and related technical statistics. This information is used to identify problems and improve the App’s stability.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the App is made available to children or users of unknown age in a region where special child privacy rules apply, the Service Provider will take steps required by applicable law and platform policies, including using appropriate advertising settings where necessary.
If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has shared personal information may contact the Service Provider using the details below.
6. Data Retention
Local game progress and settings remain on your device unless you delete the App or clear its local data. Third-party service providers may retain advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information according to their own retention policies.
7. Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with third-party service providers that help operate the App, display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, or diagnose technical issues. These providers are responsible for processing information under their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
8. Security
The Service Provider values your trust and uses commercially reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Any changes become effective when the revised policy is posted on this page.
